Simple terms.
Clear expectations.
A draft framework for responsible use of the service.
1. About the service
LINKDGER helps users record and review connected ledger and business activities. It is not a bank, escrow provider, lender, money transmitter or authority deciding disputes between users.
2. Account use
Users must provide accurate registration information and protect their credentials. Users are responsible for granting connected ledger access only to intended people.
3. Record accuracy
Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of ledger entries, product descriptions, messages, orders and other data they submit. The app's review workflow records responses; it does not establish legal proof of debt.
4. Purchases and advertising
If subscription or paid digital features are offered, their actual price, duration, renewal, cancellation and refund information will be presented in the relevant purchase flow. Optional ad-funded access may depend on ad availability.
5. Prohibited behavior
Do not use LINKDGER to harass others, gain unauthorized access, submit harmful content, impersonate people or conduct unlawful transactions.
6. Availability
Mobile networks, third-party services and device conditions can affect connectivity and data synchronization. Back up important business information where supported.
7. Changes and contact
Product behavior and these terms may be revised. Questions can be directed to support@moavia.dev.
